Premium Hostel - Krakow

my recent stay in krakow was amazing, but this budget hostel blew me away. it felt more like a hotel with its clean rooms and helpful staff. the facilities were excellent, especially the comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. free coffee and luggage storage were great bonuses. wifi worked perfectly and the location was convenient. highly recommend!

One thing was missing - the kitchen cutlery.

the hostel is confortable and clean,the common room is useful if you want cook your meal in the hostel,there you can be acquainted with other tourists,and there are also two computers for internet.

Good location with parking place - you are not far from the city center, staff is friendly and helpful, at the first sight rooms are nice and clean. Kitchen is modern and well equipped so you can even cook something. Breakfast OK, with several options to choose from. Internet is also available. I'd really recommend this hostel.

The staff doesn’t pay much attention to details – no towels in the room (you have to ask for them), light bulb burnt out or missing, soap holder broken and cleaning standards could be higher as well. Breakfast is not very well organized, you have to wash the dishes which is not a problem but some people just don’t do it so there’s a mess.

The value for money at this place was excellent. The room was small butsuper clean and cozy, with great Wi-Fi. The location was ideal, just a short walk or quick bus ride to the city center. The staff was friendly and spoke excellent English.

Food for breakfast could have been better, with more options or variety.

Great location! Just a short walk from the main square and close to public transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful, available 24/7. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and clean bed linen. The big kitchen was well-equipped and had good views. We also appreciated the historical aspect of the building.

The room reserved for us initially was dirty and in poor condition. We had to request a room change due to dirty bedding.

During my Christmas stay, I really liked the close proximity to the city center, making it easy to explore all the attractions and Christmas markets. The free Wi-Fi was also a major plus, allowing me to stay connected and share my holiday experiences with family and friends. the availability of free coffee and tea in the kitchen was a nice touch, adding a cozy and welcoming atmosphere during the festive season.

The parking situation. It was a bit confusing and frustrating to find out that the nearby parking was paid and monitored by a strict parking attendant who seemed eager to issue fines.

Location very good, staff spoke very good English and were very helpful. Breakfast was simple and room was small but comfortable.

One night had to sleep with cotton wool in my ears as one of the receptionists has a very loud voice. Room was located beside the reception.
